For acquisitions in Germany, the applicable German VAT is included in the price shown above.
For acquisitions outside Germany, the final acquisition price may vary depending on the purchaser’s location, tax status, and applicable tax regulations. The applicable total price will be confirmed by EVOLAS
before the acquisition is completed.
Acquisition Process
An acquisition is initiated with a non-binding Acquisition Request. EVOLAS will verify and confirm the availability of the selected artwork and, where applicable, reserve the requested edition instance for a reasonable period.
The artwork may be acquired directly from EVOLAS in EUR. EVOLAS will handle the associated blockchain and NFT processing and, if requested, custody of the NFT.
Alternatively, for collectors familiar with blockchain-based acquisition who prefer to manage the NFT through their own wallet, the acquisition may be completed via OpenSea, with the NFT transferred directly to the purchaser’s wallet.
The specific acquisition details and payment terms will be confirmed in a formal offer prior to completion of the acquisition.
